All orders placed through Zenvia are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

However, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries restricted by international trade or carrier limitations.
